The TTR Capacity Model supports the harmonisation of cross-border capacity planning and provides an overview e.g. on the pre-planned capacity volumes on a European scale. However, ECMT does not contain legally binding elements at the moment, thus any possible deviations from published data objects shall not entail any legal consequences.
